Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled only before a shipping label has been printed. Once the label is created, your order is considered processed and can no longer be canceled or modified.
Processing & Restocking Fee:
All canceled orders are subject to a 3% processing fee plus a $0.70 restocking fee. This helps cover the non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processor.
At this time, we cannot make partial adjustments or edits to orders. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective. We encourage all customers to carefully read product descriptions before placing an order.
2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! We offer full refunds or replacements (based on availability). Here’s how to report a damaged item:
Step 1: Inspect Immediately
Check your package upon delivery. If you spot damage, take clear photos of the item and the packaging.
Step 2: Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email us at support@brickandboardstudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- A written note (in the photo) with your full name and the date of purchase.
Step 3: Review & Resolution
Once we receive your claim, we’ll evaluate the issue. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement. We may request the item be returned before resolving.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Items not damaged on arrival
- Opened, altered, or used items
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Claims made after 7 days from delivery
- Theft of items (please work with the shipping company to file a claim).
4. Incorrect Address
Brick & Board Studio is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
